MeshNetworks Expands Management Team with Industry Leading Executives • Vice Presidents of Sales and Business Development Position Company for Further Growth

MAITLAND, FL - March 5, 2003 - MeshNetworks, an industry leader in the design and development of mobile broadband networking solutions, today announced the appointment of Joe Leopold and Martin Suter as vice president of sales and vice president of business development, respectively. The new executives will strengthen the company’s focus on penetrating new markets by driving sales and strategic relationships.

Mr. Leopold will lead the global sales force in penetrating key vertical markets that include public safety, homeland defense, intelligent transportation systems and the industrial sector. Mr. Suter will be responsible for business development initiatives to further propagate MeshNetworks’ technology by developing strategic partnerships with industry-leading technology companies. Both positions report directly to the CEO.

A sales executive with more than 16 years of wireless and electronics industry experience, Mr. Leopold most recently held the position of vice president of sales at Metricom Inc., a high-speed, mobile, wireless, infrastructure company. Prior to this he spent five years at PSINet, Inc., a world wide data communications carrier, where he rose through the ranks to director of business development and strategic alliances. Mr. Leopold began his career with NCR Corporation, a global technology company, where he specialized in delivering data communications and networking solutions. Mr. Leopold holds a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.

Mr. Suter is a strategic marketing and business development executive with years of international experience in leading strategic alliances and business development teams for several pre-IPO and publicly traded technology companies. Prior to joining MeshNetworks, Mr. Suter served as senior manager responsible for building several high-profile alliances in leading technology companies including Microsoft and SUN Microsystems. During his 13-year career he has held senior management positions with Nortel Networks’ Disruptive Technology team, FastLane Technologies and the Corel Corporation. Mr. Suter received an MBA from the University of Ottawa, Canada.
